Sonora Duo

 

The Sonora Duo as been performing, commissioning and recording since 2005. Cellist Yoriko Morita and flutist Michelle Stanley have been performing new and old works in an effort to connect with audiences. They have commissioned over 10 new works for flute and cello from vibrant and exciting American composers. Sonora has performed at the National Flute Association Convention, the Canadian Flute Convention and across the country from the east to west coast.
